How to use

For Neuropathy (Most Effective), Fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Arthritis, Sciatica, general inflammation, stiffness, soreness throughout the body

Apply 2-3 sprays of iPainFree all around the joint or muscle, massage gently and allow oil to absorb naturally. When treating joints or large surface areas be sure to treat entire joint or area, not just the point of pain.

Example:

- For Neuropathy get in between the toes or hands and above the numb/burning/tingling area.
- For knee/Arthritis/joints, be sure to treat all the way around, back and front, above and below.
- For Fibromyalgia start with iPainFree up and down the spinal cord and then rub on all affected areas.
- For Carpal Tunnel apply iPainFree to wrist/hand and forearm.
- For Sciatica apply on backside/hip area and then down the leg to affected areas.

For Restless Leg Syndrome

Apply 3-4 sprays of iPainFree to affected legs and massage before bedtime. Repeat as necessary to cover all of the legs.
